2. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is considered valid only after the successful receipt of payment and subsequent confirmation from our team.
  • Customers must provide accurate information (Full Name, Contact Number, and Date of Arrival) during the reservation process.
  • Incorrect or incomplete details may result in booking delays or cancellation.

3. Pricing & Inclusions

  • All package rates listed on the website are subject to change without prior notice.
  • Inclusions vary by campsite and package type. The specific inclusions displayed on the product page at the exact time of booking shall be deemed final and valid.

4. Check-in & Check-out

  • Standard timings will be specified on your booking confirmation. Guests are requested to adhere to these schedules.
  • Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

5. Cancellation & Refunds

All cancellations and refund requests are governed strictly by our Cancellation & Refund Policy. We strongly recommend reviewing that policy before completing your purchase. In the event of a “No-Show,” the booking will be treated as cancelled with no refund.

6. Weather & Natural Contingencies

  • Camping is an outdoor activity subject to weather conditions, road closures, and local administrative restrictions.
  • In the event of extreme weather (heavy rain, high winds, or safety alerts), itineraries or activities may be modified or cancelled.
  • No refunds will be issued for minor itinerary adjustments caused by circumstances beyond our control.

By booking with us, guests agree to:

  • Abide by the specific rules of the campsite and follow instructions from onsite staff.
  • Maintain decorum and respectful behavior toward staff and fellow campers.
  • Avoid damaging tents, gear, or the natural environment.
  • Take full responsibility for their personal belongings. Any damage caused to campsite property will result in additional repair or replacement charges.

8. Assumption of Risk & Liability

  • Participation in camping, trekking, bonfires, and other outdoor activities involves inherent risks. Guests participate at their own discretion and risk.
  • BhandardaraCamping.in and its partner organizers shall not be held liable for personal injury, illness, accidents, loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the trip.

9. Families & Minors

Children must be supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times, especially during trekking, bonfire sessions, and activities near the lakeside.

10. Dietary Requirements

Meal types and timings are fixed per package. While we strive to accommodate major food allergies or dietary restrictions, guests must inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Accommodations are subject to local availability.

11. Prohibited Activities

  • Alcohol consumption and smoking are subject to local laws and specific campsite regulations.
  • Illegal substances, unruly behavior, or any activity that disturbs the peace of other guests are strictly prohibited.
  • Management reserves the right to evict any guest demonstrating misconduct without providing a refund.

We reserve the right to change campsite allocations, meal menus, or activity schedules due to operational requirements, safety concerns, or local authority mandates.
