By booking a camping package through our website, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below.
1. Booking Confirmation
- A booking is officially confirmed only upon the successful receipt of the full or partial advance payment as specified.
- Once confirmed, all applicable cancellation and refund rules will go into effect immediately.
2. Cancellation by the Customer
Refund eligibility is determined by how early the cancellation request is received prior to the scheduled check-in date.

Note: Payment gateway charges, transaction fees, and administrative processing fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the final amount.
3. Rescheduling Policy
- Guests may request to reschedule their booking instead of canceling, subject to campsite availability.
- Rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 to 5 days in advance.
- Rescheduling is not guaranteed and depends on seasonal availability, weather, and operational feasibility.
- If the new date carries a higher price (e.g., weekend vs. weekday), the price difference must be paid by the guest.
4. Weather & Natural Contingencies
Camping is an outdoor activity that can be affected by heavy rainfall, floods, road blockages, or government-mandated restrictions.
- In such cases, we may offer rescheduling or a booking credit rather than a cash refund.
- Minor changes in the itinerary, meal timings, or campsite allocation due to local weather will not qualify for a refund.
- Safety-related decisions made by our onsite team are final.
5. Cancellation by Us
In rare instances, BhandardaraCamping.in or our campsite partners may cancel a booking due to extreme weather, safety concerns, or operational issues. In these cases, we will offer:
- A full refund of the amount paid, OR
- An option to reschedule to a future available date, OR
- An alternative campsite of equal value (subject to your approval).
6. No-Show & Early Departure
- No-Show: If a guest fails to arrive on the booked date without prior notice, the booking is forfeited without a refund.
- Early Departure: If a guest chooses to leave the campsite early for personal reasons, discomfort, or changes in weather preference after checking in, no refund will be applicable for the unused portion of the stay.
7. Refund Processing Time
- Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during booking.
- Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing cycles.
8. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be granted in the following scenarios:
- Late or same-day cancellations.
- Removal from the campsite due to misconduct or violation of site rules.
- Delays caused by personal transport issues or late arrival.
- Minor variations in the camping experience (e.g., menu changes or activity timing).
9. Force Majeure
In events beyond our control—including natural disasters, landslides, pandemics, or sudden government restrictions—we will strive to provide a fair solution such as a rescheduling credit. However, a full cash refund may not be possible in these extreme circumstances.

11. Final Authority
